Started as an SEM analyst at Expedia. Took the role nobody wanted and ran a €5M PPC budget across the Nordics and Netherlands. Tripled regional revenue.

Founded Optimized Group in Milan in 2012. Built it from €0 to €1.5M with 100% YoY growth for five years. Sold to listed Digitouch for €1.35M.

At LeoVegas Group: Managing Director Italy first. Scaled the business from €3M to €18M in 12 months and led 100+ people across 10+ markets. Then Head of MGA Markets, then GM Europe and North America. Then CMO, owning a €120M annual marketing budget. Cut marketing-to-revenue from 40% to 30%, drove an 18% EBITA uplift, and helped engineer the €607M MGM exit.

Then Turnaround CEO at Forvana Gaming, a US fund-backed iGaming operator. Rebuilt the leadership team, executed a full platform migration, returned the business to growth, handed it back.

Now operating as a fractional COO. Embedded part-time leadership for founder-led scale-ups and PE-backed mid-market. Plus founder and investor at Tenperzent and Lindahl Capital.
